The much awaited Annual Sports Day Oorja was held on Friday 16th March 2019, with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere. The program began by the director Dr. G. G. Sastry welcoming the esteemed gathering emphasizing on the importance of sports in a student’s life.

The students entered into the spirit of the occasion in a grand way mesmerizing the audience with their energetic performances. Once the race began, the air was filled with cheering and tons of encouragement for the young athletes.

Students from B.Tech, BBA and BCA competed in events including relay race, sack race, kho-kho, badminton, chess, cricket, tug of war, treasure hunt and discuss throw etc. Fun time with a staff matka phod and a tug- of- war added more fun to the enjoyment. At last prizes were given to all the successful students of the annual sports day event Oorja in the presence of the Director of Allenhouse Institute of Technology Dr. G. G. Sastry, the Director administration of Allenhouse Colleges Mrs. Kirti Malhotra and the Advisor of Allenhouse colleges, Dr. S. J. Pandey. The competition ended up with the national anthem.
