Allenhouse Colleges has got students enrolling from across the country and hence to make available a safe and secure environment, separate hostel facilities are provided to both girls and boys with 3 meals a day, 24 X 7 electricity & water supply along with Wi-Fi connectivity. Accommodating around 300+ students each hostel has a resident warden and essential staff to support and oversee the resident students.

Students are allotted rooms on double or triple sharing on first-come-first-serve basis, depending upon the date of receipt of hostel fee by cash / cheque / DD. Besides regular hostel and mess facility, there is an on-campus canteen that provides hygienic and affordable food at lunch and dinner time. Large playgrounds adjacent to the hostels provide ample recreational space to students. Also, separate gymnasiums have been set-up within the hostel premises for both boys and girls to foster a healthy lifestyle for students.
