The students of Allenhouse Business School visited Securities & Exchange Board of India at Lucknow for an interactive session. The key note speaker for Session I was Ms. Supriya. She gave a brief insight into the history of SEBI. The session revolved around the role of SEBI as a regulator in financial market. She further explained to students that Securities Market is one of the most rapidly growing markets of India and will be providing lot of opportunities in the imminent future. The key speaker for this session was Mr. S.D. Mishra (MCX-BD Head, SEBI) who has been associated with SEBI for more than 39 years. Mr. Mishra discussed about the latest trend in the Securities market and how the students can easily get placed with capital market by acquiring a few specialised skills and certifications in derivatives. The session was followed by a valedictory session where students were awarded certificates by Mr. Naveen Saxena, AGM SEBI- U.P Head.
