Dr. Sudha Dhawan - Associate Professor & Principal

Dr.Sudha Dhawan is Ph.D in Commerce from ChaudharyCharan Singh University, Meerut. Her doctoral thesis dealt with the topic – Job Stress and its impact on Organisation Effectiveness:An Empirical study of BPO organisations in Delhi/NCR. She is a dedicatedEducationist with over 18 years of academic experience in renowned educational institutions.

She holds advanced degrees in education, such as master’s or doctoral degrees. These qualifications equip her with a solid foundation in educational theory, research methods, and pedagogy. She has an expertise in teaching courses, designing curriculum, and engaging with students. She has conducted research to explore educational practices, student learning, and effective teaching methods. She has contributed to society by improving educational outcomes, fostering critical thinking, and promoting lifelong learning. She is pproficient in designing experiments, analyzing data, and publishing findings. She has the ability to evaluate complex problems and propose innovative solutions. She is adaptable to handle changing research directions and challenges.

Her professional experience includes serving as Director at DeenDayalUpadhyaya Institute of Management and Higher Studies approved by AICTE, Academic Head & Project Co-ordinator (Vocational Training Provider) in ATM-Global Business School in Faridabad and Assistant Professor at Mangalmay Institute of Management & Technology, Greater Noida. She has been the Coordinator in organising various Workshops and International Conference in premier institutes of India.
